YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Clear information about your account, your workspace and the services that support Velora Code.
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Velora Code handles information when you use our website at www.veloracode.com, coding workspace, connected Desktop Agent, AI tools and collaboration features. For privacy questions, contact veloracodehq@gmail.com.
2. Account information and Google sign-in
When you create an account or sign in, we process your email address, account identifier and authentication information. Google sign-in provides basic profile information such as your name, email address and profile image, where available. Google handles your Google password; Velora Code does not receive it. We use this information to authenticate you, display your account and associate saved projects, plans and credits with your account. The current Google sign-in integration does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts.
3. Projects, prompts and files
We process code, project names, prompts, AI responses, project context, saved history and media that you submit or save through the service. Some drafts, preferences and session information are stored in your browser; saved workspace information may be stored in our cloud database. When you use AI features, the prompt, relevant code or context, and any supplied images or media may be sent to the AI service needed to fulfil your request. Do not include passwords, API secrets or personal information that is unnecessary for your task.
4. Connected local workspace
The Desktop Agent enables operations on your computer while it is connected, including access to project files, previews and terminal commands. File contents, project context and command output used by a requested cloud or AI workflow may be transmitted to the service. Disconnect or stop the agent when you no longer need local access. Local files are not necessarily removed when you delete cloud project data.
5. Collaboration and safety
When you use shared rooms, messages, project information and media you choose to share can be available to other participants. Microphone, camera and screen sharing depend on the permissions you grant in your browser or device. Where safety checks are used, submitted chat text or sampled video images may be processed by an automated moderation service. You can stop sharing or revoke device permissions through browser settings.
6. Payments and service usage
For paid plans, payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Velora Code processes payment and order identifiers, verification status, selected plans, credit balances and usage counters to provide access and prevent misuse. Payment credentials entered into the payment processor are handled by that processor. We also process technical information such as browser or device details, IP addresses, request logs and errors as part of operating and securing the website.
7. Cookies, browser storage and analytics
We use browser storage for authentication sessions, workspace drafts and preferences. The website integrates Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand visits, feature usage and performance; Google Analytics may use cookies and related identifiers. Browser settings and extensions can limit cookies or analytics, but blocking essential storage can affect sign-in and saved preferences. You can clear locally stored data using your browser settings; this does not automatically delete cloud data.
8. How information is used and shared
Information is used to provide requested features, save work, manage accounts and credits, process payments, measure service usage, resolve errors, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. Service providers include Google Firebase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and analytics, Google Analytics, OpenAI for implemented AI and moderation features, and Razorpay for payments. They process information under their respective terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to address security incidents, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable requirements. We do not sell Google sign-in profile data or use it for personalised advertising.
9. Storage, retention and international processing
Information is retained according to its purpose: account and saved workspace data while needed to provide the service, and payment, security or support records where needed for dispute resolution or applicable obligations. Retention can differ by record and provider; this policy does not promise an automatic deletion period. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups or in records that must be retained.
10. Your choices and deletion requests
You can stop using a feature, revoke camera or microphone permissions, clear browser data, and manage connected-app access in your Google Account. Revoking Google access does not itself remove saved Velora Code data. To request access, correction or deletion of your account and associated cloud data, email veloracodehq@gmail.com from your registered address and describe the request. We may need to verify ownership. Some information may need to be retained for payment, security or legal purposes. Copies shared with other participants or stored on your own computer may remain outside the account deletion process.
11. Security and children
We use authentication, access controls and secure network connections to help protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Velora Code is a developer tool and is not designed specifically for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and address it.
12. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The latest version and its update date will be published on this page. Privacy contact: Velora Code, veloracodehq@gmail.com.
